Welcome to Sooq Live. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sooqlive.com website and the Sooq Live mobile application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Sooq Live ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or otherwise using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

5. Seller Terms
If you register as a seller on Sooq Live, you additionally agree to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of items you list for sale
- Fulfill orders promptly and in accordance with the terms of each sale
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding the sale of goods, including consumer protection laws
- Not list prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate these Terms or our seller policies.
6. Live Commerce
Our Service enables live commerce experiences where sellers can showcase and sell products in real time. During live sessions:
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the seller or required by law
- Pricing displayed during a live session is valid only for the duration of that session unless otherwise specified
- We are not responsible for the content of live streams hosted by third-party sellers
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sooq Live and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.
9. Payment and Fees
Certain features of the Service may require payment. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sooq Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sooq Live and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
